Luka and Mariah, four children, Slovenia. She moved from California the day after they married in 2011. The journal is theirs: Mariah’s 2015 writing, and new notes from Luka.
FitFamBam is Luka and Mariah’s space for the kind of life that survives a full house. There are no memberships, no packages, no invented before-and-afters.
Mariah wrote here first, in 2015. Those posts stay, with her name on them. Luka is putting the site back up so there is a place for both of them — a page that looks like a photograph and behaves like a letter.
If you are looking for a franchise, a challenge, or someone shouting at you from a stage, this will feel quiet. That is on purpose.

A short note.
I am Luka Dolenc. I live in Slovenia with Mariah and our four children. I care about being useful to them more than I care about looking trained.
Mariah wrote the first FitFamBam journal in 2015. I will not pretend those sentences are mine. I will write here when I have something worth keeping. I will not invent a crowd to clap.
